Terms of Use

Last updated June 2026

Welcome to AI Tool Jury (aitooljury.com), where every AI tool gets a verdict. These terms are the agreement between you and us covering your use of the site. Please read them — they are written to be understood, not to trip you up.

Acceptance

By visiting or using AI Tool Jury, you agree to these terms. If any part of them does not sit right with you, the simplest course is not to use the site.

Permitted use and license

You are welcome to read, bookmark, quote, and share our verdicts for your own personal and professional decision-making. A short excerpt with a link back to the original page is fair game. What is not permitted is scraping the site wholesale, republishing our verdicts or leaderboards as if they were your own, or using automated systems to copy our content at scale. The license we grant is to read and reference, not to reproduce our work in bulk.

Editorial independence and accuracy

Our verdicts are ours alone. We score each tool on hands-on testing across the criteria that decide real-world value, and no outside party buys, edits, or vetoes a rating. That said, the AI market moves at a sprint — models ship, features change, and pricing shifts week to week. A verdict reflects what we found at the time we published it. Always confirm the current specifics on the vendor's own site before you commit money or a workflow to a tool.

Commercial relationships

We keep the lights on partly through affiliate arrangements: some outbound links to vendors are affiliate links, and if you subscribe after following one, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Here is the part that matters — those arrangements never buy a better score, a higher ranking, or a softer verdict. Tools are graded on how they perform under testing, full stop, and a paying relationship changes nothing about where a tool lands. If any coverage is ever sponsored, we label it as such on the page itself.

Intellectual property

The verdicts, scores, written analysis, leaderboards, layout, and branding on AI Tool Jury are our intellectual property, protected by the applicable laws. Product names, logos, and trademarks belonging to the vendors we cover remain theirs; we reference them for identification and commentary only, and doing so implies no endorsement in either direction.

Outbound links

We link out to vendor sites and other third-party resources we think are useful. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability, security, or practices. Following an outbound link is at your own discretion.

No warranty

AI Tool Jury is provided "as is" and "as available," for general information only. We make no warranty that the content is complete, current, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Our verdicts are informed opinion, not professional, legal, or financial advice, and you rely on them at your own judgement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Tool Jury and the people behind it are not liable for any loss, damage, or cost — direct or indirect — arising from your use of the site or from any decision you make based on our content. The choice of which tool to adopt, and the outcome of that choice, rests with you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. When we do, we will revise the date below and post the current version here. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of operation, and any dispute arising from them will be handled under that framework. Nothing here strips you of consumer-protection rights that the law of your own place of residence guarantees you regardless.
